The Star Ranch Community operates under a three (3) member Board of Directors. At the current time the Community is in the development phase and the Developer, SR Investments, is charged with appointing all members of the Board.

The Annual Meeting for the Star Ranch Community is held at the end of February of each year. Annual Assessments for Star Ranch are set at $380.00 for Fiscal Year 2008 and each new homeowner pays an initial $250.00 Capitalization Fee.

The Officers of the Star Ranch Community Board of Directors  for FY-2011 are;

Tim Timmerman, Director and President - Term expires 2/12

Ricky Heine, Director - Term expires 2/14

Cheryl Greiner, Director and Secretary - Term expires 2/13
